Fees
Unlike the time-based billing model, we work exclusively on a flat rate fees basis — whether per milestone, per assignment, or per month — depending on the nature of the project. Each assignment is covered by detailed terms of reference and a service agreement that can be terminated at any time.
Flat rate fees are set on a monthly or milestone basis, depending on the kind of project. Prepayment ensures a clear, reliable, and transparent business relationship.
Any termination takes effect immediately upon notification, with no penalties. Support is guaranteed until the end of the relevant period for smooth transition.
Depending on the nature of the project, additional fees tied to objective and measurable delivery criteria may be agreed upon. Quality is regularly assessed.
