Convergent uses generative artificial intelligence tools in its professional practice.
No personal or confidential client data is transmitted to AI tools. Data is anonymized or aggregated. No client data is used to train third-party models.
AI use complies with attorney-client privilege (Article 66-5 of the Law of December 31, 1971), the GDPR and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
